Description
Our truffle season here in the Southern Tablelands of New South Wales runs from June through to the end of August and sometimes early September depending on climatic conditions. Because the season is short-lived and truffle production is unpredictable at best, we will fill your orders on a first come first serve basis.

James Hill –
We found the quality of the Ganymede black perigord truffle comparable to truffle we’ve eaten in France.Highly aromatic ,full of flavour great to have this available so close to home.
Michael Hodgson, Head Chef –
Truffles are fantastic, best we have had is the opinion of the team.
Michael Izard –
The smell of the truffle hit us the instant we opened the package, and we knew we had the right stuff. Aromatic, nutty, spot on. The texture is perfect, it cuts easily, but still maintains its ‘al dente’ texture. Mixed in a risotto, placed over scrambled eggs, blended with butter over a steak, all the old options worked perfectly. Great truffles, thank you, keep up the good work
